Where our data comes from and how we keep it honest.
Universities
The university directory is built from Wikidata, whose data is released under CC0. We include institutions that are classed as universities, have an official website and have not been dissolved. Location, founding year and enrolment come from the same source and can be out of date.
Programs
A program is published only when we have the address of the university’s own program page and the date we last checked it. Fields we could not confirm stay empty and are shown as Not verified.
Countries
Cost, visa and education-system pages for a country are written only from official government or university sources and appear once they exist. A missing tab means the page has not been written yet.
Corrections
If you spot an error, tell us. Universities can ask us to correct their own listing; they cannot change how it is ranked or ordered.
